   ● Student Records: Enrollment data, grades, and attendance (protected under FERPA).
   ● Communication Data: Records of your interactions with us via email, web forms, or text messages.
2. SMS and Mobile Communication Compliance
   In compliance with A2P 10DLC carrier requirements, the following applies to our mobile messaging programs:

   No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
   We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information. We only share data with:
   ● Educational Partners: Platforms necessary for school operations (e.g., Student Information Systems).
   ● Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in school communications, provided they adhere to our strict privacy standards.
   ● Legal Requirements: When required by law (e.g., FERPA or California state law).

   You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. For SMS, reply STOP to any message. For email, click “Unsubscribe.”
